1. Will my retirement be more enjoyable at the Grange Country Villas?
Living at The Grange Country Villas provides reassurance to residents, knowing that their neighbours and village staff are close at hand. All units have a 24 hour emergency call system for your peace of mind. Your modern villa will ease the burden of home and garden maintenance; giving you more time to do the things you enjoy doing. In your new villa you have your own private unit, allowing you to enjoy as much privacy as you desire, while still enabling you to welcome family and friends in the comfort of your own home.
2. What is the best time of life to make such a move?
The Grange Country Villas are designed to meet the accommodation, social and recreational needs of people who are either approaching retirement, or who have retired. Our guideline is that residents be over the age of 65, but if you are younger than this and feel that you would like to join us at The Grange please come talk to us. There is no stipulation that residents be retirees.
3. What type of ownership scheme is The Grange Country Villas?
The Grange Country Villas is a leasehold village. Residents are granted a lease directly from the Village owner. The lease grants the resident the right to occupy the Villa for the resident’s lifetime. (Where the lease is in joint names, the lease is for the life of the resident who lives longest.) All forms of tenure are controlled by specific legislation which ensures your tenure rights are secure. You should consult you solicitor to ensure that you fully understand the leasehold tenure of The Grange Country Villas.
